Pleated Velvet Dress Girl | Mayoral

Fine pleats spread from a velvet waistband on this red party dress from Mayoral, sized 3Y to 9Y.

A flat velvet bow with a narrow sparkly bar at its center sits at the front of the band, and the long sleeves of this occasion dress gather gently at the shoulder.

Party plans can start in the holiday collection, and the red pleats work with white tights and a warm layer from girls coats and jackets for the walk in.
