Two Piece Teknik Snowsuit Navy Blue Colorblock With Tan Pants

Sold under the color name Navy Blue, this Deux par Deux TEKNIK snowsuit actually mixes a navy, pale green and black color-block jacket with tan snow pants. Boys in sizes 4 to 16 can take it from the chairlift to the toboggan run to after-school snow play. Tan ski pants round out a deep blue-teal jacket with a sage chest panel.

Built as Deux par Deux's technical ski line, the boys' TEKNIK set starts with a polyurethane-coated shell rated 15,000 mm for waterproofing and 15,000 g/m²/24h for breathability. Seams at the shoulders, armholes, crotch and hood are critically sealed, and the water-repellent treatment, BIONIC-FINISH®ECO, contains no fluorocarbons. Warmth comes from recycled PrimaLoft® spread by zone, heaviest through the body at 170 g, then 133 g in the arms and legs and 100 g under the hood, which the brand rates to -30°C (-22°F).

Ski-hill details on his jacket include a hood that fits over a helmet, a lift-pass pocket on the sleeve, backpack-style carrying straps on the inside, a windproof placket with a chin guard and an adjustable powder skirt, while the pants close at the ankle with snap-fastened snow gaiters. Hard-wearing Cordura® panels cover his knees, seat and hem edges, on a fabric Deux par Deux puts through 30,000 abrasion cycles. Sizing advice from the brand is to stay with his regular size because TEKNIK cuts generously; the jacket sleeves let out 4 cm, and a two-level adjustable button hem at each ankle gives up to 3 extra inches of leg.
