Should I choose a two-piece merino set or a one-piece thermal suit?

Deux par Deux offers both. The two-piece merino set has a long raglan sleeve top and a pull-on pant with an elastic waistband, made from soft merino jersey. The one-piece is thick brushed jersey with long raglan sleeves, a round neckline and an asymmetrical zipper. Choose the set if she likes separates.

What sizes do these girls' base layers come in?

Can she wear a base layer all day at school?
